Virgin tomato slices vs gigachad watermelon
To be fair, I enjoy tomatoes too. But some no lift loser telling me how to eat is absurd.
13:30 I used to do a lot of sandbag stuff, back in my Brooks Kubik arc. Good fun.
I've enjoyed them a lot the last year or so. Whole different animal.
are deadstop overhead pressess worth the hustle? currently working on that 175 lbs ohp
They're definitely a worthwhile variation to rotate in.
The other week you did the 54321 incline bench video. I dont recall you mentioning how to program that. Is it just a one off thing, or is there a good way to program it? After that vid I started doing 54321 on my bench day and honestly enjoy it. But not sure where to go with it. I think I can go up another 5 pound's then I'm prob maxed out lol. I've thought of dropping to 4321, 321, etc. as I go up in weight but idk if that's a bad idea or not. I'm trying to find more simple ways to work in higher % of 1RM work. Thanks if you respond.
That's just a fun WOD type scheme I picked up from crossfit. You could certainly look to add weight to it, or use it with set rest times and look to reduce them, etc. But I don't use that as any sort of progression tool myself. Usually save something like that for a finisher/drop set when supersetted with something else.
@@freakied0550 Awesome thanks!
Had to listen for the disco Inferno commentary.
Jeff Nippard's moto cable row is a "scienced based" movement which involves lying prone on the gym floor opposite a cable tower and doing the row that way.
I'm not big on lying on gym floors. That's gross.
@@freakied0550 that is what most people thought.
Reliving The War is great! Wrestling Bios is doing great work with that series.
It's my favorite series of any genre on UA-cam right now.
Lightweight for a lightweight. I m 62 and did that last week.... longer chest pause tho... 🫡🫡
12:13 is there a way to tell if you're shoulder domminant on bench?
Generally, a lot of bigger dudes and/or guys who sink the bar a bit and bench with flat feet tend to be shoulder dominant. Tend to have a high sticking point (short of just bad attempt selection and picking a weight to heavy and gets you stapled). And of course after enough time you'll notice a bit of shoulder growth and development.
As a german I'm very proud that Alex is your pick. I have a big bratwurst too, btw.
😂😂😂 He was an underrated worker too.
@@freakied0550 True!
Morning
I partially tore my labrum a few years ago and haven’t been able to get surgery cause of work so not being able to OHP has been annoying it’s the best upper body movement imo. I can still bench heavy with no pain so I’ve been hammering that but there’s something different about OHP
Opposite here, I'd much rather bench, and my shoulder had been limiting flat bench to once a month or so, inclines and OHP feel fine 😂😭
@@freakied0550 lol it’s weird how that happens the shoulder is complicated af
Made you look 👁

Good morning
A pretty good exercise in their own right ;)
Damn that was good@@freakied0550

Kabutops.
I can appreciate that one. First person I ever heard name Kabutops as their favorite.
Ehat an absolute monster, you made that look like it barely weighed 200
Fucking insane. Nice pause
Shit bro!!!!😮😮😮
365lbs under meet conditions, right?
I skip that number in my meet warm ups
That’s impressive bro!
Bro one girl in the short and it’s already one of your most watched ones that’s insane
Thirsty ass mfs 😂😂😂
To add to your point, I'm now a World Champion Powerlifter because of weight classes and a small federation and nothing else. I qualified for a World's by winning a regional meet at 308 raw with wraps and then nobody else qualified for worlds in that division. I went in injured, squatted once, basically did 80% singles for the other two, and now i have the trophy, a big ring, and the official title.
It be like that. I know a multi time 308 world champ for a small fed with a 1400ish total
@@freakied0550 i was right around 1300 on this event 🤣 injured but still. meanwhile in 275 guys were doing like 1750
That was all her bro
The view count for sure 😂
What shoes freakie?
Reebok Legacy 3's
More ROM than when you were a bloat lord as well. Nice.
I agree, you can get decent results with minimalism, for me minimalism is something like this: Push:a horizontal press A vertical press A triceps exercise Pull: A row A pull down/pull up Biceps exercise Legs: Squat variation Deadlift variation. I train like that and it works for me, If you can make progress you'll gain muscle, I noticed some people call minimalism do just doing the powerlifting big 3 and that's it, well In my opinion you won't get decent results doing only deadlifts, squats and bench
Smooth.
Damn. Strong AF, boss. 💪
Thanks fam
Nidoking is p cool.
He's the current Speedrun meta. Fun for casual playthroughs too. Can grab one early, and his moveset is very diverse.
Ouch. I didn’t eat this much for Father’s Day. Two cakes and steak were available, so maybe double that up for next year. . . guess I missed out.
😂😂😂
All right, one question who farted
This is simple and good. I rarely comment on these but straight to the point.
It smells good there😅
That bench pad looks like an Italian luxury product lol
It's the worst and most slippery bench we have 😂😂😂
@@freakied0550so that noise in the beginning was your back slipping and totally not a fart right?
@@yoeyyoey8937 actually me exhaling through my mouth lol
When you wanna impress your gym crush so you ask for a spot knowing you'll crush the weight 😂
😂😂😂 I get scared without the safeties (she was using the bench that has them)
Gdamn 455?! What we weighing man? That's freakie strenght
227 this morning. Only been flat benching once a month lol
@@freakied0550 god damn
@@freakied0550I weighed 227 the other day but I can't bench anywhere near 455😂😅
Is doing less more? @@freakied0550
Wow pec bounce how heavy and tall are you?
Yeah I strained my calf on prowler a couple years ago - literally broke my shoe and boy did it cramp up badly! That really set me back that Summer. I'm pretty sure it was jumping rope shortly before the exercise that made me vulnerable to the injury. Whenever I've jumped rope (being rather too heavy) too much I've noticed that the calf muscles become vulnerable.
Good lord.
